Each pilot will be required to agree to follow a few specific safety-rules mandated by our insurer and the property owner.  They are included in the registration materials and are shown below.

1)    This event will be run in compliance with the 2006 Official AMA National Model Aircraft Safety Code Effective
January 1, 2006.   Model Flying MUST be in accordance with this Code in order for AMA Liability Protection to apply.

that the Pilot signs the written acknowledgment (on the Model Information Page) that his aircraft has been constructed
and maintained to be in compliance with the following requirements.

       ·    Battery connectors (battery-to-switch & battery-to-radio and all extensions) will be secured by a secondary
means (i.e., Dental Floss, Shrink-fit, Connector-clips, Tape, etc.) to ensure that they cannot be accidentally
            disconnected due to vibrations.
       ·    Battery charge level in Transmitter and Receiver will be checked prior to EACH FLIGHT to ensure that
sufficient capacity remains to complete a safe flight.
       ·    Mechanical and electrical connections to servos and push rods are secure and free of obstructions and binding.
       ·    Main-blades, tail-blades and all blade grips are in sound mechanical condition.
       ·    The Radio System has been Range Checked and found to be sufficient to maintain positive control (with the
TX antenna collapsed) to a distance of greater than 50 meters, prior to the first flight of the day.

3)    There shall be no flying over areas that are “OUT OF BOUNDS”.  These include:
       ·    Pit areas and pilot flight stations
       ·    Spectator viewing areas
       ·    Parking lot and Concession areas
       ·    RV Storage-lot at the South end of the field
       ·    Street (Grimmer) at the North end of the field (including Flower-Shop at NW corner)
       ·    Railroad tracks at the West side of the field
       ·    Street (Warm Springs) at the East side of the field

4)    Pilots must immediately land their aircraft when so instructed by the Circumgyration Staff to facilitate
       Full-Size Helicopter arrivals or departures.

5)    Transmitters must be impounded unless the Pilot is in possession of the correct Frequency-Pin.
